Timorasso,

Colli Tornesi, Piedmont, Italy

From a single vineyard in Piedmont, this 100% Timorasso is hand-harvested and naturally fermented in stainless steel. After 12 hours on skins and 12 months on fine lees, followed by 6 months in bottle, it reveals a rich and layered character with fresh acidity, ripe stone fruit and subtle salinity.

The Rèis Timorasso sits on the rich end of the white wine spectrum. The first smell gives away a complex mix of ripe nectarine and lemon juice, hay, oyster shell salinity, and green mango sap.

The palate is generously layered, combining sprightly acidity with intense flavours of ripe stone fruit, dried dill, warm gravel, sweet spices, and a distinct pineapple

tongue-numbing sensation. Intriguing, textured, and wholesome, it leaves a long, memorable finish.
